I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) followed by a Master of Technology (M.Tech), which has provided me with a strong academic foundation in both technical knowledge and analytical thinking.
After completing my studies, I gained practical experience by working for one year in the Administration Department at Techno School. This role helped me develop strong organizational, communication, and management skills, along with a clear understanding of how educational institutions operate effectively.
Over time, my interest in the education sector grew stronger, especially in contributing to a structured and supportive learning environment. I believe that a well-managed and nurturing atmosphere plays a key role in shaping students’ growth and overall development.
My focus is to create a positive, organized, and student-friendly environment that supports both academic excellence and holistic development, helping learners build confidence and achieve their full potential.
