I have 8 years of experience in the field of education, I bring a strong foundation in both teaching and leadership. I hold a Master’s Degree in English Literature along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (specializing in English and Science) and Certification in Child Psychology. I have spent 5 years in early childhood education, nurturing young learners and helping them develop a solid academic and emotional base. Currently, I serve as the Director of LPIPS, Raghava Colony, a role I have held for the past 3 years.

I am deeply passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. I believe in the power of early education to shape young minds and am committed to building spaces where children feel safe, inspired, and supported. My greatest strength lies in my leadership and school management skills, which enable me to cultivate nurturing environments where students thrive.

As a School Director, I lead and manage all operational aspects of the school. This includes overseeing academic programs, ensuring high standards of quality in education, managing and supporting staff, setting strategic educational goals, and supervising the development of curriculum and school facilities.
