Both hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance and HR, and have gained valuable corporate experience that strengthened their leadership, communication, analytical, and management skills.
Vaishnavi worked as a Senior Consultant at ADP, where she developed expertise in client management, strategic planning, and team coordination. Her professional journey helped her build a structured and quality-focused approach in every responsibility she undertakes.
Kavya worked as a Production Analyst at CAMP Systems International, where she gained experience in process management, operational efficiency, and analytical problem-solving. Her role enhanced her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Over time, both developed a strong interest in early childhood education and firmly believe that the early years are essential in shaping a child’s future. At Little Pebbles, their vision is to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that supports the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development of every child while making learning joyful, meaningful, and inspiring.
